SAP S/4HANA · Plant 1710 · n8n scheduled run
Severity reflects both cover and whether replenishment is already on its way. It is always labelled, never colour alone.
Bar is current cover. The dark mark is the reorder point (MARC-MINBE), the red mark is safety stock (MARC-EISBE), both in days of demand. Twelve lowest-cover materials.
Sorted by urgency, then exposure. Quantities net off what is already on order and round up to the supplier lot size (MARC-BSTFE).

2 of these 5 have no open purchase order at all. That is the list a planner acts on first — the others need a call to the supplier, not a new PO.
Gap between the delivery date requested on the PO (EKPO-EINDT) and the date the supplier confirmed. Drift is a supplier performance signal long before it becomes a stockout.

Four SAP tables arrive together and have to agree with each other before any figure means anything. A row failing a blocking rule is quarantined and excluded from every calculation on this page — and a quarantined material takes its stock, orders and movements with it, because a consumption rate for a material that does not exist is worse than no rate at all.
| Rule | What it enforces | Severity | Checked | Failed | Result |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| MAT-UNIQ | MARA Material numbers are unique — A duplicated MATNR double-counts stock and consumption | Blocking | 30 | 0 | Pass |
| MAT-REQ | MARA Mandatory master fields present — MATNR, description, plant and base unit of measure | Blocking | 30 | 0 | Pass |
| UOM-DOM | MARA Base unit of measure is known — An unrecognised unit makes every quantity incomparable | Warning | 30 | 0 | Pass |
| TYP-DOM | MARC Material type and procurement keys are valid — MTART, DISMM and BESKZ within the configured value sets | Warning | 30 | 0 | Pass |
| PRC-DOM | MARC Standard price is positive — A material with no price cannot be weighted against any other | Warning | 30 | 0 | Pass |
| MRP-ORD | MARC Reorder point sits above safety stock — MINBE below EISBE means the system only reorders after breaching safety stock | Warning | 30 | 0 | Pass |
| MRP-VB | MARC Reorder-point planning has a reorder point — DISMM = VB with MINBE at zero never raises a proposal | Warning | 30 | 0 | Pass |
| EXT-SRC | MARC Externally procured materials have a source — BESKZ = F needs a supplier and a planned delivery time; in-house production does not | Warning | 30 | 0 | Pass |
| LTM-DOM | MARC Planned delivery time is plausible — PLIFZ between 1 and 365 days for externally procured materials | Warning | 30 | 0 | Pass |
| STK-REF | MARD Stock rows reference a real material — Every MARD row resolves to a material in the master | Blocking | 30 | 0 | Pass |
| STK-ONE | MARD One stock row per material and storage location — Duplicated MATNR/LGORT rows silently inflate on-hand quantity | Blocking | 30 | 0 | Pass |
| STK-SIGN | MARD No negative stock — Unrestricted, quality-inspection and blocked quantities are all at or above zero | Blocking | 30 | 0 | Pass |
| PO-REF | EKKO/EKPO Purchase orders reference a real material — Every EKPO line resolves to a material in the master | Blocking | 11 | 0 | Pass |
| PO-QTY | EKKO/EKPO Ordered quantity and price are positive — A zero-quantity or zero-price line corrupts both cover and exposure | Blocking | 11 | 0 | Pass |
| PO-CONF | EKKO/EKPO Delivery date is confirmed — An unconfirmed order is a date nobody has promised | Warning | 11 | 0 | Pass |
| PO-DRIFT | EKKO/EKPO Confirmation drift is plausible — A confirmation more than 120 days from the requested date points at a data error, not a late supplier | Warning | 11 | 0 | Pass |
| MOV-REF | MSEG Movements reference a real material — Every MSEG row resolves to a material in the master | Blocking | 1,793 | 0 | Pass |
| MOV-TYPE | MSEG Movement type is in the expected set — An unexpected BWART may be counted as consumption when it is not | Warning | 1,793 | 0 | Pass |
| MOV-QTY | MSEG Movement quantity is positive — Sign is carried by the movement type, not by the quantity | Warning | 1,793 | 0 | Pass |
| MOV-FUT | MSEG No movement posted in the future — A posting date after today is a clock or extraction error | Warning | 1,793 | 0 | Pass |
| passed | 1,864 rows | 0 | none excluded | ||
All 1,864 rows across the four tables passed every blocking rule, so nothing was excluded. That is the expected result on a clean extract — the rules exist for the day it is not.
Consumption is averaged over the working days actually observed per material, not over a fixed 90. A material introduced three weeks ago would otherwise read as selling a third as fast as it does, and be under-ordered every week.
